Before retraining in mindfulness, hypnotherapy and mindset coaching, I spent more than 30 years working in corporate management.

I understand the reality of workplace pressure, targets, responsibility and change - not just from training, but from lived experience.

My approach is calm, supportive and practical.

The focus isn’t on forcing positivity or pushing performance.

It’s about helping people regulate stress more effectively, create healthier mental habits, and feel more balanced day to day.
