My story
I spent over 30 successful years in corporate management, leading teams through pressure, change, and uncertainty.
Resilience was always one of my greatest strengths. No matter what was happening around me, I kept going.
Until 2017 - when my world changed forever.
The loss of my daughter didn’t just break my heart… it broke me.
Everything I thought I knew about resilience disappeared overnight. I wasn’t just grieving - I felt completely lost, unsure how to move forward or even where to begin.
Like many people, I turned to the ‘traditional’ routes of support: medication, talking therapy, coping techniques. And while they helped to an extent, they never truly shifted what was happening inside me.
In the quiet moments, nothing really helped.
So I made a decision - I needed something deeper. Not just ways to cope, but a way to genuinely change how I was feeling and experiencing life.
That’s when I discovered hypnotherapy.
What I experienced was transformational. Not surface-level relief, but a genuine shift in how I thought, felt, and responded to the world around me.
And in that moment, something clicked.
This wasn’t just something that could help me - it was something I could use to help others.
Since then, I’ve trained extensively in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Integral Eye Movement Therapy, Breathwork…I even became a fully licensed Meditation Teacher🧘♂️
Today, I help people to break free from whatever is holding them back - whether that’s stress, anxiety, self-doubt, overwhelm, or feeling stuck in their life or career.
Because I understand what it feels like to be there.
This isn’t just what I do - it’s personal.
