About me and my work…
My Journey
For more than 30 years, I built a successful career in corporate management, leading teams through pressure, change and uncertainty. Throughout that time, resilience was one of my greatest strengths. No matter what challenges came my way, I found a way forward.
Then, in 2017, life changed forever.
The loss of my daughter following a long struggle with mental health was the most difficult experience I have ever faced. It challenged everything I thought I knew about resilience and left me searching for a way to completely rebuild my life.
Like many people, I explored traditional routes of support, including medication, talking therapy and coping strategies. While each helped to an extent, I knew I needed something much deeper - not simply ways to cope, but a way to genuinely change how I felt and experienced life.
That search led me to hypnotherapy.
What I discovered was far more than temporary relief. It helped me create lasting shifts in my thinking, my emotions and my outlook on life. For the first time, I felt myself moving forward with greater clarity, purpose and hope.
It was a powerful reminder that even during life's most challenging moments, positive change is possible - and this experience inspired in me a new path.
Since then, I have trained extensively in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Integral Eye Movement Technique, Breathwork and Meditation. Today, I am a proud member of both the College of Medicine & Integrated Health and the Association of Holistic & Complementary Practitioners.
My mission is simple:
To help people create more calm, confidence and clarity in their lives.
Whether you're looking to overcome a challenge, build greater self-belief, improve your wellbeing or simply feel more like yourself again, I provide practical tools and proven techniques to help you move forward with confidence.
So if you're ready to invest in yourself and build a brighter future, I'd be delighted to help you take the next step.

The science behind positive change…
Have you ever wondered why some changes feel easy while others seem like a constant struggle?
The answer usually isn't a lack of motivation, discipline or willpower.
Much of what we think, feel and do is driven by patterns stored in the subconscious mind.
Your Brain Learns Through Repetition
Every thought, habit and emotional response strengthens neural pathways in the brain.
The more often those patterns are repeated, the stronger they become.
That's why confidence can feel difficult, habits can feel hard to break and certain reactions can seem automatic.
It's not because something is wrong with you.
It's simply how the brain learns.
The Good News is Your Brain Can Change
Thanks to neuroplasticity, the brain can create new pathways throughout life.
This means positive change is possible at any age.
By creating new patterns of thinking, feeling and responding, the brain can begin supporting the future you want rather than repeating the past.
Working with your mind, not against it
The approaches I use help create the conditions for positive change by working directly with the patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
Together, these approaches can help you:
✓ Build confidence and self-belief
✓ Develop greater calm and resilience
✓ Create healthier habits
✓ Improve focus and wellbeing
✓ Move forward with greater clarity and purpose
Lasting Change Starts From Within
When you begin working with the subconscious mind, change can feel less like a constant struggle and more like a natural process of growth.
The goal isn't to become a different person, it’s to become more of the person you already have the potential to be.
If you'd like to explore how this approach could help you create more calm, confidence and clarity in your life, I'd be delighted to have a conversation.
